How do I switch between several eufy scales?
If you have previously added a scale in the app, you can add others in the same way - by going into "Add Device" in the side menu. Swipe up and down in the App homepage to switch between different scales.
I have added several family members under my account. Is it possible for the measurement to sync to the correct member automatically?
Yes. The measurement will be automatically recorded to the member that has the same / nearest weight according to the historical data.
My family and I want to use this scale with different phones and accounts. Is it possible that the measurement syncs to the correct phone and account automatically?
No, the measurements will be recorded to the currently connected account and phone. In this case, we recommend that the user open the app first to make sure a "Connected" status.
I've had my body measured but the app only gives weight and BMI measurements. Does the scale work properly?
Please stand on the 4 metal circles on the scale barefoot until the dotted line scrolls and completes.
Why is my weight measurement inaccurate?
To ensure accurate readings:
1. After installing batteries and turning the scale on, wait until "0.0" is displayed before stepping on the scale.
2. Do not move while your measurement is being taken.
3. After completing a measurement, wait until the scale turns off before picking it up or moving it.

Can I sync the data with my phone after I step off the scale and the scale has turned off?
This scale is a Bluetooth device, which must be connected to the app then the Bluetooth connection can be set up. If the App / Bluetooth is not connected, measurement normally is recorded in your scale first. And it will sync to the phone when the App is activated next time.
Are all measurements displayed on the scale?
The scale will only display the weight. All measurements will be displayed in the EufyLife app, which will also provide a graph for tracking your data.
This scale says it can track up to 16 users. If a smartphone is not detected during a weigh-in,how does it select who is using the scale?
Once you've set up your user profile, then all you need to do is step on and it will automatically determine which user you are according to your weight.The scale can store up to 100 readings and once a smartphone is connected, the data recorded on the scale will sync to the smartphone.
There is an issue with the Bluetooth connection. How do I reconnect the two devices?
Turn off the scale and then turn it back on. Then turn off Bluetooth on your phone and turn it back on. This should enable normal Bluetooth operation. What kind of batteries does this scale use and how long do they last?
This scale uses three AAA batteries that should last for about 1 year.
I've had my body fat professional measured but the scale gives a very different measurement. Is the scale not calculated properly?

Is the body fat % accurate or an approximation?
4 electrodes and 2 pairs of sensors accurately measure your body’s impedance, however your body fat percentage is obtained from Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis so it is an approximation.
What is the weight range of this scale?
The weight range is from 11-397lbs.
Which versions of iOS and Android is this device compatible with?
This scale is compatible with devices running iOS 9.0 and above or Android 4.4 and above.
Can I switch from Pounds to Kilograms on the scale?
Yes. Simply press the UNIT button on the back of the scale to switch between Pounds and Kilograms.
Is this scale water resistant, i.e. can I safely put it near a shower in my bathroom?
Yes. The top of the scale is water resistant and light splashes of water are ok. Be cautious of using a wet scale as it will be easy to slip off the scale and cause injury. If the battery compartment on the bottom of the scale gets wet, it can damage the scale.
Can my child use this scale?
Yes, children can use this scale to accurately measure their weight. However, due to the large variations in body fat and other data among individuals under the age of 16, it is not absolutely apply to accurately measure body composition, but weight is accurate.
Is it possible to sync data with other apps like Apple Health, Google Fit,FitBit,etc..?
